Employment Opportunity

Our law firm has an opening for a full-time position for an Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary. The position will consist primarily of Real Estate matters. The duties of this position include:


  • Preparation of legal documents including, reports, invoices, affidavits, land titles and court applications

  • Organize and maintain client files

  • Take messages from clients and schedule appointments

  • Perform data entry for client database and accounting system

  • Respond to phone enquiries, messages and emails

  • Maintain records and confidential files electronically and manually

  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy

  • Make photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter

  • Organize envelopes, postage and mail for clients

  • Perform other related office duties as assigned


The successful applicant will have experience with Microsoft Office programs, excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, be detail oriented and efficient at multi-tasking.  The ability to maintain client confidentiality is essential.
